For more than 50 years, the Crocker has proudly presented its classical concert series, featuring the finest musicians and singers from the Sacramento region and around the world. These educational performances are approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission, and draw inspiration from art on view at the Museum. 

Dr. Christine Choi and Dr. Shinae Kim, violin and piano 
Violinist Dr. Christine Choi and pianist Dr. Shinae Kim present works by composers Robert Schumann and Maurice Ravel, and will also explore the work of Johann Sebastian Bach and his connection to the emotional intensity of baroque visual art. Choi and Kim tour internationally and made their concert debuts at just 11 years old.
