Guests will have the unique opportunity to enter through the historic entrance, exclusively available for after-hour private events. The Ballroom has 2,900 square feet of usable space, with capacity at 300 standing, 200 theater style, or 120 banquet style.

The E. Kendell Davis Courtyard is a park-like courtyard with trees and grass—an ideal space for an alfresco dinner party, a ceremony, or a cocktail hour. Kendell Davis Courtyard has 5,500 square feet of useable space, capacity at 1,100 standing, 600 theater style, or 360 banquet style.

      Setzer Foundation Auditorium

      With modern AV technology, an 11’ x 64’ screen, and comfortable theater seating for 260 guests, the Auditorium can be used for graduations, lectures, presentations, and conferences. The Auditorium has a built-in stage with wings, screen, black curtains, green room, and podium with microphone, with additional tech options available upon request. A Crocker-approved AV technician is included in the rental of the Auditorium to make your event a success.

      Meeting Center

      Floor-to-ceiling windows to let in natural light, with blackout shades available for presentations. Standard AV equipment includes an LCD projector, screen, and podium with microphone. The Meeting Center has an optional airwall that can divide the space into two rooms, providing flexibility to meetings and gatherings, as well as built-in counter space. The Meeting Center has 1,200 square feet of useable space. Capacity is 130 standing, 100 theater style, or 80 banquet style.
