The Crocker Art Museum has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking an experienced strategic planning consultant to guide the development of a bold, forward-looking institutional strategic plan. 

Following 25 years of remarkable leadership and growth, the Crocker is at a pivotal moment in its history. This comprehensive planning effort will shape the Museum’s next five years while laying long-term groundwork for the next quarter century. The process will explore every dimension of the Museum’s future. 

Through this initiative, the Crocker seeks to position itself as a museum of the future—innovative, inclusive, and deeply connected to the cultural life of Sacramento—while strengthening its national and international visibility.
