Group Visits + Tours
The Crocker offers discounted admission for group visits. Group visits may request a docent-guided tour, or explore the Museum on their own. Visits must be scheduled in advance to qualify for group rates.
Docent-Guided Tours
Participate in a tour led by one of the Museum's docents. Suggested tour themes include a Highlight Tour of our permanent collection or a special exhibition.
- 50-minute tour + museum access until 5 pm
- The maximum group size is 30 people per hour
- $8 fee per adult, $3 children up to age 18, free for members
- Thursday – Sunday
- Two-week advance registration required

Free Admission
Free admission is available to groups whose mission is to provide quality education and community experiences to adults or children who would otherwise be unable to afford admission. Please complete our Art Access Application, available to download here. Return the application to the museum at least four weeks prior to your desired visit date. Once submitted, our team will contact you within seven days to confirm availability.
Families who present a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card and a photo ID can now enjoy free general admission for up to four people per EBT card. Reservations are not required. If you would like to make a reservation, use code MUSEUMSFORALL at checkout.
