Celebrate Sacramento Poetry Day with a lineup of featured poets, an open mic, and casual conversations around the history behind the Day, including its establishment in 1986 by former Mayor Anne Rudin, and its reintroduction in 2022 by Sacramento Poet Laureate Andru Defeye with the help of the Sacramento Poetry Center. 

Sign ups for the open mic begin at 1:30 PM.
