Discover the intriguing medium of encaustic painting through several hands-on techniques including collage, working under wax, and embedding 3D objects to create small artworks. Participants are invited to bring personal items to include in their encaustic painting.  

Most classes include at least one gallery visit to view the permanent collection or a special exhibition. The Museum's highly trained staff and instructors are committed to providing students of all experience levels with a supportive and engaging experience.

Advance registration required. Supplies are included in the class fee.
