For more than 50 years, the Crocker has proudly presented its Classical Concert Series, featuring the finest musicians and singers from the region and around the world. These educational performances are approximately 60 minutes with no intermission and draw inspiration from art on view at the Museum.

Starting with the slowly changing harmonies of Aaron Copland’s music and ending with Miriam Boling’s American Scenes for Piccolo and Piano, newly composed works inspired by American photographs in the Crocker’s collection, Cart and Graber bring a performance that evokes the vastness of the American landscape and the enduring pioneer spirit.
