Dig into the creative potential of clay in this two-part workshop exploring the fundamentals of sculpture. You'll create a ceramic salt cellar—a functional kitchen vessel that's both practical and decorative, designed as either an open bowl or lidded form.

In the first session, shape and design your salt cellar using handbuilding and joining techniques, with a focus on slab construction and texture application. In the second session, practice glaze application to achieve artistic effects and finish a one-of-a-kind piece that is both beautiful and functional. Leave with a handmade creation you can use and display.
