For more than 50 years, the Crocker has proudly presented its classical concert series, featuring the finest musicians and singers from the Sacramento region and around the world. These educational performances are approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission, and draw inspiration from art on view at the Museum. 

Adrián Montero, classical guitar

Adrián Montero is a Costa Rican guitarist celebrated for his expressive playing, technical brilliance, and innovative programming. A prizewinner in over fifteen international competitions, he is an active recording artist and advocate for contemporary Ibero-American music. His work includes notable recordings and premieres of new repertoire, and he performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician while remaining committed to teaching and cultural development.
