Most classes include at least one gallery visit to view the permanent collection or a special exhibition. The Museum's highly trained staff and instructors are committed to providing students of all experience levels with a supportive and engaging experience. Advance registration required.

Discover Richard Mayhew’s extraordinary life and explore the creativity of the Harlem Renaissance before delving into an introduction to color theory, inspired by Mayhew’s improvisational process and luminous “mindscapes.” Enjoy a relaxing mix of art history and painting. Participants must provide some supplies.
