Further your career and join the next cohort of the Crocker Art Museum’s NEW ArtConnect program—designed for current multisubject elementary school educators who want to learn art integration strategies for their classrooms. 

ArtConnect

Learn from teaching artists, guest lecturers, and Museum educators in a collaborative and inspiring environment. The Crocker’s ArtConnect program provides a fully coordinated arts-integration curriculum aligned with California Visual and Performing Arts Content Standards. In-person experiences at the Crocker paired with classroom-ready lesson plans and takeaways will leave you equipped to embed the arts across disciplines and enrich your classrooms in unique ways. 

Program Details: 

  • Free to current multisubject elementary school educators 

  • 10 hours of in-person instruction over four sessions 

  • 5 hours of independent study and assignments 

  • One 800-level professional academic credit from CSU Chico awarded. 

  • Cohort 1 · March 1 – May 15 

  • Cohort 2 · Summer 2026* 

How to Apply:  
Complete a short application to tell us about your teaching background and interest in the program. Applications for Cohort 1 are due January 31, 2026. Application dates for Cohort 2 will be announced in January 2026.
