Color Us Hopeful Activity Booklet

Dear friends and neighbors,

Summertime is always buzzing with activity and excitement at the Crocker Art Museum. Along with special art exhibitions, the Museum is awash in color and sound from our Jazz Night concert series to Movies Off the Wall, or our wide range of family programs.

Though we will not be able to have large gatherings at the Museum this summer, we want you to know that we care for and about our community, and we want to continue to be a space of solace and forum for public dialogue on the issues affecting our community. To help people weather the challenging times of COVID-19 and the communal trauma left in the wake of the violent death of George Floyd, we bring you this art-inspired activity booklet.

We know better days are ahead, and we look forward to seeing you in person at the Crocker very soon. In the meantime, we hope you find some solace in this special publication and the variety of museum programs and activities available at crockerart.org/fromhome.

Sincerely,

Stacey Shelnut-Hendrick
