This summer, young adults are invited to take a deep dive into art, inspired by what's on view at the Crocker. From comics to cross stitching, explore a variety of media while learning from local artists and Museum staff. There are seven sessions offered every Thursday from June 23 through August 4. Each session has a unique theme, so sign up for one, two, or all sessions!

Inspired by the work of Coachella Valley artist Carlos Ramirez, create your own visual language by reassembling found objects onto a canvas. Transform ordinary items into something alluring and magical with this multi-media endeavor.
Out of This World

Go galactic with Sacramento artist Jared Konopitski. Design your own planet using wood canvas and spray paint, then create a mode of transportation to get there. Learn how Konopitski paints his daydreams that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.
Don’t Cross Stitch Me
