When children in foster care are provided with the opportunity to grow up in a loving, permanent and safe home environment, the healing process begins. Better Life Children Services' Young Artists showcases works created by our foster youth that express what it means or how it looks to be part of a loving family. A reception will be held on February 17, during the Black History Celebration - A Free Family Festival.
