Senior Studio Drawing

Senior Studio is an opportunity for older adults to engage and connect while making art under the guidance of a trained teaching artist. In this class, participants will explore still-life and landscape drawings. Senior Studio is geared toward beginners, but all levels are welcome. Zoom participants must purchase or provide their own supplies.

Instructor: Karen Roughton is an artist, retired art professor at American River College, and a Crocker docent. She has a master's degree from California State University, Sacramento and has been involved in art education for more than 45 years. She is known for her supportive, easygoing teaching style.
