Celebrate a furry friend by creating a pet portrait to cherish for years to come. Learn color mixing and texture techniques, and practice working on stretched canvas in this fun class designed to develop your skills. Instructor:Michelle Steen is an artist and educator with 15 years of experience engaging people of all ages in art. She holds an MFA in Figurative Painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Michelle lives in Sacramento with her family and enjoys painting oil portraits of her 14-year-old Australian shepherd, and painting on cardboard with her 3-year-old son.
