Instructor: In addition to practicing ophthalmology, Barbara Arnold loves the outdoors and plein air painting. In drawing and painting on site, she captures a personal feeling unique to a location. Her painting mentors are Rose Edin and Gregory Kondos. Barbara’s paintings are in collections of local residents, and additional works can be seen in the reception rooms at her medical practice and at the office of her husband, Dr. Henry Go of Courtland. Arnold will teach Watercolors for Beginners with Visual Limitations.

The Crocker is taking measures to ensure that in-person studio classes can be physically distant while also socially connected. Among other things, we are limiting the number of people in our classes, as well as monitoring and marking the distance between class participants.
Protective face coverings are required of all Musum visitors and class participants over the age of two. For the most up-to-date information regarding Health & Safety protocol at the Museum, please visit this page.
