Self-care is important for everyone right now, but it’s especially essential for teachers! It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned educator or parent tossed into the world of distance learning: We could all use a little breath of fresh art. Join us for an art-based self-care session, featuring guided meditation — no experience necessary — and short, mindful art-making activities that will lower your blood pressure and center you for the days ahead.

Each session features a new artwork and lesson, and can stand on its own. Take the series or pop in for one or two sessionswhatever works for you. Please note, this program will not be recorded. Registration closes March 15.
