Develop the skills needed to create a 8" fused glass composition with an in-person class led by local artist Linnea Wong. Discover what words like "slumping" and "fused glass" mean and how glass-making relates to other artistic processes. Not comfortable with an in-person class? Email for a virtual option. In-person participants must wear a mask and comply with health and safety rules.

Note, only four participants per session will be allowed. Please choose from one of the following dates:

• November 15, 10 AM–12:30 PM (FULL)
• November 15, 2–4:30 PM (FULL)

Instructor Linnea Wong (Design with Fire) arrived in Davis, California in 1996. Along with Patrick Mullen, she teaches, practices and explores the wonderful world of glass. Glass is a symphony of happy accidents,” says Wong. “Color, nature and my family inspire my designs. I start with sketches, then color selection. I love glass and sharing my passion for the process with others.” You can see her work at The Artery in downtown Davis, which in recent years has returned to the clean Scandinavian lines of her heritage.
