Designed for busy schedules, enroll your child in one, two, three, or all sessions. Each Saturday, students will learn a new process and create a work of art, ready to take home.

January 18: Explore patterns and colors in mosaic, then create a mosaic pattern on tile.

January 25: Learn about acrylic painting and paint an animal (FULL).

February 15: Discover abstract art and make a sculpture (FULL).

February 22: Draw with ink and chalk (FULL).

February 29: Paint a landscape on canvas (FULL).

March 7: Explore watercolor and create special effects using salt and bubble wrap.

March 21: Pinch a pot using air-dry clay, then transform it into a creature from your imagination.

April 18: Learn how to create advanced pop-up books.

April 25: Create an assemblage sculpture using odd and familiar objects.

May 9: Make a print using blocks, stamps, and foam board.

Instructor Kelly Guillory is a local artist who loves the process of art making and experimenting with new materials. She has a background as a K-12 art teacher and as a registered art therapist, having graduated with her masters from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2014. Kelly enjoys working with both children and adults.
