Learn Native American history and traditions passed down through generations as you weave a miniature basket using California native plants under the tutelage of Karuk basket weaver Dixie Rogers.

About the artist:
Dixie Rogers, Karuk Tribe, is a talented and respected basketweaver who served on the California Indian Basketweavers Association board of directors and is the great-niece of renowned weaver Florence Harrie, who demonstrated her skills at the California State Fair for many years.
