Designed for busy schedules, enroll your child in one, two, three, or all sessions. Each Saturday, students will learn a new process and create a work of art. For ages 7-12.

September 21: Experiment with medieval drawing techniques to produce a distinctive work of art .

September 28: Learn printing techniques to fashion a canvas tote bag.

October 5: Paint without a brush.

October 26: Investigate Manga and create your own character. (FULL)

November 2: Build a sculpture with air-dry clay. (FULL)

November 9: Create a mosaic using glass and tile.

November 16: Paint a Georgia O’Keefe-inspired flower. (FULL)

Please note: Due to the low cost of each session, our refund policy does not apply for individual sessions, and transfers are not allowed.

About the instructor:
Lizzy Mailho is a graduate of Chico State with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art, Mailho is constantly evolving her style and technique. Her artwork depicts humor, fantasy, ethereal beings, and femininity. Mailho will teach Family Fun with Painting, Beginning Drawing and Pet Portraits.

No experience is required unless noted. The Museum provides student-quality supplies included in the fee unless indicated otherwise. Students are welcome to bring their personal supplies; however there is no discount for doing so. Oil paints are not allowed in studio classrooms.
