About the Instructor:
Schofield currently teaches oil & chalk pastels, colored pencil, charcoal
and pen & ink at University Art, Crocker Art Museum and various galleries
in the east bay. “I love teaching art students of all ages. They are excited to
participate and absorb everything we cover in class. This willingness and
enthusiasm to learn makes me a better educator because I draw from their
energy. Crocker Art Museum offers a program that enhances my teaching skills by
allowing the freedom to be flexible in my curriculum, thus permitting me to
match the student’s needs and learning pace.''
