Discover where artists get their ideas, while learning skills in painting, sculpting, drawing, and collage. Each session will feature different activities and time in the galleries and studios.

About the Instructor:

Josie Parker is a young artist who has been passionate about creating art of all kinds since childhood. She enjoys experimenting and working in mixed media, particularly with colored pencil, marker, acrylic paint, watercolor, and creating three dimensional art of all kinds, from attempts at stone carving to prosthetic makeup. Josie enjoys introducing people to new art forms and techniques, and is eager to share her love for creating with others.

No experience is required unless noted. The Museum provides student-quality supplies included in the fee unless indicated otherwise. Students are welcome to bring their personal supplies; however there is no discount for doing so. Oil paints are not allowed in studio classrooms.
