Using many different instruments, learn how to draw from observation, give objects a 3-D look with shading, and create contour lines, gesture, and value drawings. Enjoy producing a variety of works in this session.

About the Instructor:
Originally from the Bay Area, Lizzy Mailho is currently living and creating art in Sacramento.A graduate ofChico State with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art, she studied many art forms, with anemphasison painting and drawing. She is constantly evolving her style and technique, whether she is painting a traditional portrait or illustration. Her artwork depicts humor, fantasy, ethereal beings, and femininity. She is inspired by the whimsical imagination of her inner child, while seeing her ideas through adult eyes.

When you register your child for this "Bundle," our education department supervises an hour of midday care each day between classes for only $20. Children bring their own lunch, and parents are welcome to join for lunchtime. Please click here to register for midday care.

No experience is required unless noted. The Museum provides student-quality supplies included in the fee unless indicated otherwise. Students are welcome to bring their personal supplies; however there is no discount for doing so. Oil paints are not allowed in studio classrooms.
