Why should kids have all the fun? Here’s a chance for kids (ages 4+) to bring their favorite grownups to class! Students young and old alike will enjoy easy drawing lessons using pencil and charcoal to compose an original painting! Create art and memories in this delightful intergenerational workshop.
Per person: $10 members • $20 nonmembers (Designed for children and a caring adult. Children and adults may not be signed up individually.)
Instructor: Lizzy Mailho
About the Instructor:
Originally from the Bay Area, Lizzy Mailho is currently living and creating art in Sacramento.A graduate of Chico State with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art, she studied many art forms, with an emphasis on painting and drawing. She is constantly evolving her style and technique, whether she is painting a traditional portrait or illustration. Her artwork depicts humor, fantasy, ethereal beings, and femininity. She is inspired by the whimsical imagination of her inner child, while seeing her ideas through adult eyes.

No experience is required unless noted. The Museum provides student-quality supplies included in the fee unless indicated otherwise. Students are welcome to bring their personal supplies; however there is no discount for doing so. Oil paints are not allowed in studio classrooms.
