From shutter to print, move beyond your camera’s auto mode to create stunning digital images. Bring your digital SLR camera, and learn about aperture and shutter speeds, ISO sensitivity, histograms, focus and size settings, and image quality.

About the Instructor:
Farrell Scott is a professional photographer and graphic designer with extensive experience in marketing and communications. Scott’s photography ranges from still life and food to child portraiture and architecture, with an emphasis on capturing detail. Scott holds degrees in photography and theater arts.

No experience is required unless noted. The Museum provides student-quality supplies included in the fee unless indicated otherwise. Students are welcome to bring their personal supplies; however there is no discount for doing so. Oil paints are not allowed in studio classrooms. Registered students are not permitted to bring guests.
