David Townsend is the founder and president of Townsend Raimundo Besler & Usher. For more than 25 years, David has created and directed winning multimedia, communication, and political and public affairs campaigns. He provides strategic consultation to corporations, statewide coalitions, elected officials, and trade associations in addition to directing state and local issue and candidate campaigns. David has served on the boards of KVIE, the California Musical Theater, the Greater Sacramento Urban League, and the Sacramento Make-A-Wish Foundation.
