An early and lifelong fascination with color and shape is the consistent driving force that inspires and informs my life and work. Working with fragrant, luminous beeswax and colorful pigments stimulates my senses and speaks to my tactile sensibilities. The versatility and harmonious amalgamation with so many other materials offer limitless creative possibilities! This mysterious and hypnotic medium, with its numerous methods and various processes, is akin to alchemy and magic to me; it continues to intrigue, invite and inspire. Coupling my deepening love of all things printmaking with encaustics is a joyful journey that continually summons me.
